Staff are very caring and make sure my mom is comfortable. Place is very clean and everyone speaks to you. Love the chapel and outdoor area. The staff also help with grieving family and I'm grateful for that.

I stayed here from February 28th to March 21st (after they did a failed discharge the day before thanks to an awesome Uber driver that cared enough to bring me back for one more night) after a three month stay in Saint Mary's Hospital, when I got out, I was still in a poor shape that I ended up back in the hospital that same day (Temple) where I then went to Serenity Court (a medical respite for the homeless) where I actually went through proper rehab and they didn't just send me to a homeless shelter in a poor state unlike this place... Where to add insult to injury, they sent me to a homeless shelter right after it closed on March 20th and heard it wasn't the first time they did that to someone either.

Food is subpar quality from what I could eat because I was suffering from a condition that made eating impossible... Which I got over at Serenity Cour. Funny thing is, a staff member actually told me they wouldn't even feed their dog the food here

Only two stars because they did at least help fix my arm/shoulder with occupational therapy.

I truly grateful for care I received during my stay at this facility. From day one, I was treated with compassion, dignity, and respect. The nursing staff provided outstanding care, therapy team encouraged and supported me step of the way, social workers went above and beyond to make sure all needs are met. Everyone made me feel valued, cared for and respected. Highly recommend this facility.
