Didn’t even want to give this place 1 star! My relatives was in this horrible place for rehabilitation and was so neglected that he regressed to the point of not being able to do anything for himself. The floor was so filthy that my shoes were sticking to the floor. He fell out of the bed and he says that he had a bowel movement and asked to be cleaned and was told by a worker that they’d be right back. Hours later she still hadn’t come back. When I visited his food was left on a cart out of his reach and very cold. I went to warm it in the microwave and when I opened its door the smell was so awful I couldn’t believe it but it was all I had. This place should be investigated!

We went in to visit my F-n-L. From the time we walked in staff wasn’t that friendly…the smell was horrible…like nasty home and urine…not at all what a nursing home should smell like…should smell clean and disinfected…as we were leaving the hospital staff lady at the desk was sound to sleep. Our elderly are not in good hands in this facility.

Anybody thinking about coming here to st. Francisville Country Manor, it's a good idea for physical rehab. Also we have TV with cable. Had a great recovery here and I can walk again thanks to these people. Hope everybody has a good day and enjoys it as much as I did! Thank you.

My mom got placed in this nursing home after having a stroke and going to a rehab facility. I’ll start by saying that the administration is very sweet. I spoke with a lady named Julie who was SUPER helpful and sweet. She always answered my calls and any questions I had. She worked remotely and wasn’t in the facility. Upon arrival my mom was left in her wheelchair for almost 4 hours before they got her a pillow for her bed. She couldn’t get out of the wheelchair and couldn’t walk because of her stroke. She would press the call button to get help going to the bathroom and no one would come. So after over 30- 45 minutes my mom had to pull herself up and try to hold on to things to get herself to the bathroom. She is an extreme fall risk. She asked for a shower for almost a week and they kept telling her no. The main reason I am writing this review is because they tried to give my mom antipsychotic medicine that wasn’t hers. My mom confronted the nurse (I think kayla was her name) and she argued with my mom saying “it’s in your chart”. I called the nurses desk to talk to them and they just kept telling me “it’s in her chart and she’s been taking it”. I called the administrator (again who is very sweet) and she confirmed that it is NOT in her chart and she was going to talk to the nurse about the situation. One day my mom pressed the call button to ask for her medicine because she hadn’t had it yet. She usually takes it around 7:30 and it was almost lunch time. The nurse came in and yelled at my mom and said “don’t you ever press the call button for medicine !!” As soon as I got home from out of town I went and picked my mom up. My mom would call me crying every day about how terrible and rude the nurses were to her.
