St. Francis Villa

St. Francis Villa is an affordable senior housing community in Philadelphia's East Kensington neighborhood that serves low-income residents ages 62 and older. Located in an archdiocese building near Fishtown's Frankford Avenue, the community offers 40 one-bedroom apartments with access to nearby shops, restaurants, and cultural opportunities.

The community provides a medical screening room for visiting doctors and health care workers to serve residents' health needs. Common household pets and service animals are welcome at St. Francis Villa, though residents must inform management about service or assistance animals.

The community maintains a non-smoking policy throughout all premises, and residents are required to sign a non-smoking agreement.
