My mother and father liked living in the West Building. The downside was 20 years later when my mom was in home hospice near the end with her own out of pocket 24-hour care providers (state licensed and the same three workers) the management gave my family grief about not using their or their approved workers and were actually not going to allow them in past July but she passed in July. It was a new rule they came up with. I assume because they weren't getting a cut of it but not certain. So a good for the West Building independent living with their Chapel but poor for end of life hospice.
