The staff is absolutely wonderful. How your loved one is treated is what matters most. They sincerely care about the residents. They go out of their way to make sure the residents are taken care of. They treat them with respect, dignity, and kindness. A “not my job” attitude is nowhere to be found. Everyone pitches in to do whatever is necessary.

Amazing staff was friendly and helpful! They went above and behind to help my sister with her car transfers even following us to the airport 40 minutes away to assist.

This is one of THEE WORST ; facilities in panama city to send your family member to ! I wouldn't recommend this place to someone i hated ‘ Your family member will not receive the proper care that they deserve. The management treats their staff horribly and the CNA’s are overworked! Iv’e sat at the nurses station waiting for help and watched the staff ignore residents needs while they argue and get berated by management . They have staff members who work under the influence . Ive overheard a staff member yell out , “i need to take my xanax” ive asked for assistance and smelled alcohol on their breath. Its completely insane. My grandmother says the CNA’s come in her room and vape and it gets in her lungs! Its honestly disgusting whatever you do if you want your family member to get loving care . DO NOT SEND THEM TO ST ANDREWS BAY

St. Andrews Skilled Nursing & Rehab facility was just what we needed for my mother. All the staff, supporting caregivers, transport, therapists, the directors & administration were caring as well as professional. If I had a question or needed anything, someone always made sure to get me the answer. Plus they followed up to guarantee it was done. Very pleased.with St. Andrews.
