I can't express enough how wonderful this facility was taking the very best care of my sweet Mama. The entire staff are all friendly and went above and beyond for her. Every time I visited I was greeted by friendly faces. I've been in and out of many of these type facilities and Pruitt is by far the cleanest I've ever seen.

Everything was perfect and like a mini vacation to me. All the nurses and aids were wonderful to me and all helpful at real max. Especially ashton, Michele (my belle) miss ,cherokee miss ptaway i call her Queen because she carries herself like a queen, miss Della my kindred spirit miss Alara (don't know her real name) I renamed her Alara like the hip hop artist. miss Simone ,my Vampire ) she draws my labs. finally miss Oliva my night helper. Thank all of you. Hope I wasn't too much trouble about my ice. Love and thanks to you all.

This review is long overdue. My mother is a resident here at Pruitt. She has been here for over 10 months. I have been so pleased with the staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness to my sweet mother has meant the world to me. Cynthia Anderson was a such blessing helping me navigate the process for mother. I come to this facility almost daily, so I've gotten to know alot of the staff. I know most people do not have that privilege of being onsight as much as I am, but I so appreciate everyone who works here.

Some staff are there because they care. Some are there for a paycheck. My PT and OT were good. Having no local doctors since I was from out of town when injured was a terrible problem. We finally were able to get a transfer approval through insurance to a facility near my doctors and home where the care was outstanding. Eileen helped with that. I was there 14 days and had 3 decent meals. The food, in general, is awful. Again, I was thankful for PT, OT, a couple of nurses, and some of the CNA's.
