Love the staff!!! Therapy is fantastic. Admin does a great job making sure we are taken of. Director of patient care , Sonja is constantly on the move with activities and care. I would really like to thank Ann,Kristin,Nicole, Alisha( for all my transportation needs) the front ladies making my field trips go smoothly. Amy,Kara. Thank you ladies for making me feel like family while I am here. 😎😎😎😎

My stay here at Aviata was great my cna was very wonderful and sonja was a complete angel she fixed the problem in due time social services was very helpful getting me prepared to go home and therapy was absolutely amazing I am a 100 percent confident that I will do very good at home the food here was okay and when it wasn't (Eric) always made sure I was satisfied so thank you Aviata for getting me one step ahead in my journey if I half to come back I would definitely chose you guys

We have been in the rehab facility for several weeks. Our experience has been wonderful. From the front desk , the smiling face of janice every morning to the staff we see all during the day. I cannot express my gratitude for the physical therapy team. My husband is leaving better than before his hip replacement. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone.

Our family has had a very positive experience with Aviata at Emerald Shores Nursing Home, and we are truly grateful for the care my sister receives there. The staff are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, which gives us great peace of mind. We would especially like to recognize a few individuals who have gone above and beyond. Jem in the business office is always responsive and helpful, making administrative matters easy to navigate. Jackie in medical records has been dependable and thorough whenever we’ve needed assistance. Tiffany at the front desk creates a warm and welcoming environment every time we visit. A very special thank you goes to Rachel, the activities director, whose dedication and energy make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of residents. Her efforts clearly enhance the overall living experience for my sister and others in the community. We deeply appreciate the entire team and would confidently recommend this facility to anyone seeking compassionate, quality care for a loved one.

My mother broke her pelvis in two places, we chose Emerald Shores for rehabilitation. Little did I know that I would be so pleased with the care. I truly thought it was the end of my mother. The rehab department does their job with knowledge and with an encouraging attitude. I haven’t found anyone on the entire staff who was not attentive or helpful. Everyone seems to have a good attitude about their work. The nurses, the ones who clean up, and care for the patients go beyond what I’ve seen before. I have witnessed them speaking to my mom when they had no idea I was there, they spoke so loving and sweet. That is not marketing, or fake advertising, that is empathy, heartfelt care. The 'Team' meets with us on time and give us updates, feedback and suggestions. I find the administration to be very knowledgeable and action oriented. They follow the rules they have and they run a good “ship”. The building is clean, the smells are clean. Being an Art Gallery owner, I wish I could fill the hallways with new vibrant art as a gift to them! Truly I could not be more relieved and more grateful for the care of my mother over these last many weeks. My husband, my aunt and I are grateful for her care. I would not hesitate to recommend to other families who find themselves in a similar situation to chose Emerald Shores in Callaway/Panama City, Florida.
