My husband has been getting sick a lot in the past few years. He has been in and out of the hospital and nursing homes for rehabilitation. Mind you He has been in several nursing homes. I can honestly say that Springfield is the only place that has treated him like he should be taken care of. They had him back to the way he was before going to the hospital. He was back to being able to take care of his self, and they did this in a short period of time. Also, with Springfield my husband's clothes and belongings did not disappear. These other nursing homes my husband has come back home with someone else's clothes. Yes, everything thing that I brought to him was gone. I had to buy him all new clothes and electric razor. Springfield is a great place to send your loving family members to if they are in need of rehabilitation or if they need more help because they are not able to take care of themselves anymore. I hope if you are looking for a good place to put your family member in for rehabilitation or even if you are looking for a long-term place for them that you choose Springfield.

My husband recently experienced a 3 week stay at this facility. While it was far from the comforts of home I have to recognize staff that really made his stay much more pleasant. Nurse Rhoda in 1 West, Keena and Angie in PT really stood out. Thank you for helping him so much during such a challenging time.

I had a good visit at Springvale rehab today. I sat in the dining room with the residents while I visited with my sister. People were interacting with each other and residents said goodbye to me when I left. It was not a depressing experience.

I had James and Eli from OT and PT. If it weren't for their encouragement, I would have never done it. Fitzroy from housekeeping was also wonderful and did a great job keeping my room clean . My CNAs Abdul and Christian as well as Kennedy were all wonderful and attended to me perfectly. I am walking out of here once again because of James and Eli. Special thanks to them. Mr Abdul the administrator always listened to my concerns about anything and did whatever he had to do to make me happy. Idania and Juanita the HHAs showed me nothing but kindness.

Friendly staff, and more than willing to help and accommodate. They assisted me with proper wheel chair training to help my father sit down and stand up safely in and out of the chair and car. The facility is nice, and you can tell the staff does care about all their patients. The security of the facility seems proper, and there is always somebody to greet you at the front desk with a smile.
