They do not cater to dementia patients and definitely won’t take them in the later stages so don’t waste your time.

Choosing this facility for my mother to receive rehab was a horrible mistake. During her very short stay, rehab consisted of putting her on a stationary bike for 10-15 minutes. That is far from the guidelines they are supposedly paid by Medicare for. Her care was often slow when she called for help to restroom. I could say a lot more about her care and what ultimately caused her to be sent out by ambulance after a fall, but I will refrain. What anyone considering this facility should be aware of is that after sending mom to hospital by ambulance, they did contact me but actually sent me to the wrong hospital, leaving me on my own to find out where they took her, THIS FACILITY NEVER reached out to her or to me and my brother to find out how she was or if she was even alive after hitting her head and being on blood thinners. After a week or two, my brother emailed the director with all these concerns, his ONLY response was “were we given his contact information on admission”. To that my brother responded no. There was not a single response from the man responsible for this facility. My husband went on two occasions to gather her personal belongings, and he was never questioned either. Beware!

Absolutely amazing. I am a caregiver myself and my client had an intense period of recovery. This place is wonderful. They gave the same level of care I would expect at home. Fantastic staff. Cleaning daily. No odor or unpleasant surroundings. Beautiful facility Thank you guys for all you do 🙏🏻

My mom has been here for 4 years. The staff and nurses are like family. I had a nasty fall near my home , broke both legs,so I have chosen Springtown Park for my rehab place until I can get back on my feet. It's home away from home.

My concern with this place is a few. For the price you expect better care. Our dear friend stays here and can barely eat or drink herself when I asked her where can I get more water she said get some from the sink. I said is there not filtered fresh water she said that's what they give me. My problem is she can choke without being able to refill her own drink she is left there with one small cup with no straw I mean she's disabled. It's concerning how no one's there to help and ask if she needs any refills or whatnot. A bunch of staff just sitting at their desk. The people who come for therapy come anytime of day as they please for 30 minutes. The room is visibly dirty from not being cleaned for probably a few days a simple sweeping of the floor around her is apparently difficult. One of the nurses who I'm assuming gives pills with pink Hoka shoes had an elderly in a wheelchair ask her for help and she replied what do you want ? With attitude and the lady said she needed to use the restroom and she didn't reply and continued doing what she was doing no sense of urgency. Another thing is a girl with braids walked into the restroom and just not sure her job but trash there isn't cleaned out either. Then she walks right out.
