My mother lived there from June 2022 to her death in June 2025. Though her death was a year ago, I continue to ruminate about my experiences and the utter incompetence of the previous and even worse incompetence of the current Executive Director. Neither has any managerial skills. WRT the current ED, in my experience, she has BEYOND POOR judgment, is untrustworthy and stays in her office 'fiddling' instead of patrolling the property to make sure all is well and safe, and that employees see that they are being observed. However, often she is out sick or for some other reason, which is why I called her the "Part-Time ED". She has no presence! What she has is over-confidence while being entirely incompetent, the worst combination. I have ~2000 emails, a file 4" deep (click pic below) of hard copies of emails of complaints and confirmations of agreement so there was always documentation, always copying the CEO and/or COO. The building is lovely and the person in charge of Dining is wonderful, as are a VERY FEW staff members/caregivers. However, that does not compensate for the despicable behavior, poor judgment, poor management skills and unbelievable incompetence of the current Executive Director, which results in poor resident care/lack of continuity of care/many aides are employed there only because there were no alternatives and should not be in that job. Continuity of care is crucial so that residents have the same aides all the time so a relationship and trust can develop, as well as a consistent routine! For those who gave 5 star reviews, you are not paying close enough attention to the care of your loved one. Get a RING camera! At least you will see part of what is going on, just not outside the room. I WAS THERE AT LEAST EVERY OTHER DAY & WITNESSED THE ONGOINGS! AGAIN, IF YOU THINK THIS MERITS 5 STARS, YOU ARE NOT THERE ENOUGH!!

My husband recently made Springpoint his home after suffering from a terminal illness at home. As anyone can imagine, moving him from home to any facility can be heart wrenching. But I must say that Springpoint Living made this major transition so much easier! Starting with Allison, who is the Director of Marketing, I felt that this would be a place that I would go to. The staff was so warm and embracing and they made my family theirs. My husband was made to be very comfortable there and the care was outstanding. The nursing staff, headed up by Tina Peprah and Sharon Woznick were empathetic and so understanding. And the Executive Director, Lee Gillis, met with me in person when I was so emotional about taking my husband out of his comfort zone. I ended up feeling that this was the absolute right move for my husband and thus for us. I also must say that Dove Hospice was the best! They were so caring and treated my husband with such respect and dignity. As a family, my children and I had tremendous support from the social worker as well. Springpoint Living was a true blessing for us. I can’t speak highly enough of this Assisted Living and Memory Care facility

Springpoint Living at Manalpan is a truly special place. The best of its kind. And that is because of the exceptional people that work there. Recently, I assisted my cousin in searching for an Assisted Living Memory Care unit for her husband. This is a hard and difficult transition. All of the people at Springpoint were incredibly supportive to her every step of the way.
Springpoint seemed different from the first moment we walked in for our initial tour. Aside from it being an open, clean, beautiful space, full of light, every single person there was smiling. People enjoy working there!
Allison, the head of sales, was a guide and a friend from the very beginning and throughout. She went above and beyond to make the admission process smooth and seamless. The Director of Memory Care, Sharon, and the Director of Nursing, Tina, took the time to personally meet with my cousin prior to move in, walk her through the care plan for her husband, give helpful suggestions and answered any and all questions. What really came through was their very personal approach, dedication to excellence and their compassionate commitment to caring. This extended through all the nurses, aides, and staff members who were endlessly helpful and attentive, warm, kind and friendly.
I also want to mention the wonderful people from Dove Hospice. My cousin was already enrolled with a different hospice prior to move in. He transferred to Dove Hospice upon move in because they have full time staff on the premises at Springpoint. Bonnie, the director at Dove, also came to the home to meet with my cousin. She was so compassionate and understanding and made the transition easy. All of the Dove staff at Springpoint were also tirelessly dedicated. From the nurses, to the social worker and to the aides who worked seamlessly with the Springpoint staff. An incredible care team.
It is a tough transition when you are entrusting the care of your loved one to someone. I know my cousin felt her husband was in good hands here. She and I looked at many places together and I can tell you that nothing compares to the level of excellence and the level of heartfelt care from every single person at Springpoint Living at Manalapan. I could not give a higher recommendation. I’ll always be grateful to them for taking such good care of my cousins.

We couldn’t be more thankful to have found a facility like Springpoint. After calling many other private facilities, Springpoint was able to work with our family to give my mother a true place to call home. They listen, give advice and recommendations, and hold your hand throughout the entire process so everyone feels comfortable! Now that my mother calls Springpoint home she raves about the entire staff, the food, and the cleanliness. We couldn’t be happier!

Moving both parents into an assisted living facility means double the change, and all of the emotions that go with it. From the in-home assessment of their needs right through the move-in process, the caring Springpoint staff treated my family as one of their own.

My parents have been raving about the food, the care from the nurses and the handyman (who has done everything from hang pictures to TV setup), and have enjoyed the activities.

In the short time they've been there, the staff have called me with care suggestions, offering to navigate the insurance waters with me to get my dad extra supplies and services he's entitled to.

My mission is to land my parents plane with dignity and extend their vitality/quality of life in these last stages, and I feel a partnership with the wonderful Springpoint administration to accomplish this mission. For that I am so very grateful.
