Absolutely top nursing facility in town. Great management and care! My Mother has been here on the long term side for almost a year and I would not have her any other place. Very caring, nurses have very little turn over. CNA's are very caring with also minimal turnover. Activities are ran by Angie, who has years of experience and keeps the residents entertained. Facility is well maintained and clean. Have also had client's on the SN/Rehab side and had the same experience with them. With over 25 years of nursing and Administration experience, I can say with great certainty that Springfield health and rehab is probably one of the best facilities in SWMO.

I have been admitted twice this year. I was treated really good. The Therapy is great, an extremely friendly. The C.A's are all amazing. I was treated with respect & dignity. I am an early riser, an every morning by 5 a.m i would have my coffee delivered to my room. That makes my day start off great. I would definitely recommend Springfield Rehabilitation Center. Amazing, clean and the food isn't horrible.
