Incredibly unprofessional male maintenance manager. Did not take a legitimate report of possible stolen goods from Bethesda coming onto my property seriously because he has been engaging in gossip, rumors, and badmouthing about me with my child’s sperm donor who works there. He even had the audacity to insert himself into our custody case at the time. Disgraceful and disgusting misogyny in the workplace.

Salesman ghosted us several times. We were in a wait list for 6 months. Vital information was either omitted or completely false.

My MIL moved in to The Gardens Assisted Living two months ago. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the initial tour to move in, the staff was fantastic. My MIL has dementia and struggles with anxiety so we weren’t sure how she would react to the change. Her recent comments sums up her perspective. She said “ I have such fun days that sometimes I can’t wait to go to bed so I can wake up and do it all again.” Thank you for taking such great care of my sweet MIL.
