This facility is awfully ran and managed, from how they treat residents to how they run the place. I wouldn't trust them to care for a dust bunny. The staff is beyond unhelpful and do not fulfill the most basic requirements of their jobs. They avoid phone calls, lie to your face, and do not do as they are supposed to. Good luck trying to get in contact with someone that works in the office, as you are either hanged up on or lied to that the person is busy/unavailble. The management takes no accountability. How management handles financials is appalling, they do not pay people that do services for them. Take a peak inside and you will see residents unattended and not getting the care they need and deserve. When inside you can hear residence vocalizing how poor they are treated and dont like the facility. It truly is alarming how this place is ran in terms of business and in terms of care for the residents. The higher ups are just as hard to deal with and useless. Do not send your loved ones here and do not do business with them. The people behind the desk and in the office are so rude and unprofessional I can't imagine how they treat residents when no one is watching..
