A small community with BIG heart.<br>We could not have found a more perfect fit for our parents when we moved them a year ago in June. We feel blessed every day to have found this lovely caring community, with joyful & welcoming residents & attentive and caring leadership. This team of thoughtful & dedicated individuals, was my sanity this last year, knowing my loved ones were monitored, engaged & well cared for. It isn't an easy transition from your home to community living. The adjustment had its bumps for my parents, but the team here partnered with us every step.of the way. The smaller footprint, on one level, accomodated maximim independence for my parents & more intimate understanding of them as individuals. I would not hesitate to recommend a tour & opportunity to see this caring community, in action.

The staff at Spring Valley has been very helpful and understanding. We have the unusual situation of needing care nearby for an out-of-state family member. This involves some hurdles. Spring Valley’s Community Services Director has answered so many questions and patiently helps make this possible. The facility itself, along with caring, positive staff, and the focus on residents all have made Spring Valley a great choice.

The management is very poor. They do not staff enough people to properly take care of people. Doing dishes takes priority over residents care.
