They nearly killed my mother. Dr is there once a week for all patients. Nursing staff is over worked. Aides don't do much on the weekends. Leave people to sit in their pee. My mother was sepsis before they called the hospital. The food is discussing. The meat was grey.

My mother is now been in Spring Creek nursing home for over a year with Alzheimer's. As she progresses they seem to take it with ease, because they know what's happening, they know the disease. They're still so kind and so sweet to my mother! They help our family understand things better and even walked us through the financial and insurance decisions

They are taking really good care of my people that reside there. Upon admission they were very caring to meet Larry's needs. Marilyn has dialysis and is transported to her appointments. The recreational activities are great. Nurses are attentive to their needs. I'm thankful for Spring Creek. Carol

Can’t say enough about all the staff at Spring Creek . From activities to the top staff they are all amazing at what they do and truly care about the residents. They make sure mom is active and involved . They joke with her and make her feel at home . Thankful for everyone there .
