Hands down, the best place I have ever worked at.This is not just a job, this is my work family. They have accepted me as I am and do not judge. I feel seen, heard, and appreciated. They really build our staff up, and that's hard to find around here. I would give them a 10/10. If you are looking for a great career where u can give back to our community, this is the place to be.they are always reaching out to our caregivers and clients to make sure they get the most from thier services. You couldn't ask for a better place to work.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care my Mom received from Thriving at Home and from our caregiver. From the very beginning, the agency was responsive, compassionate, and truly invested in making sure our family had the support we needed. To say Lorie, my Mom’s caregiver, was exceptional would be an understatement. She was kind, patient, dependable, and treated my Mom with genuine dignity and respect. Her help with daily tasks, meals, and personal care made such a difference, but even more meaningful was the warmth and companionship she brought to my Mom in her final weeks and days. Lorie was there during Mom’s final moments, and she ceased being just Mom’s caregiver but became a true part of our family. She went so above and beyond in ways that gave our entire family peace of mind. I could genuinely write many pages singing Lorie’s praises. Lorie is a true gift from God, and we will all be forever grateful to her. Finding someone you trust to care for a loved one is not easy, but this agency and Lorie exceeded every expectation. We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and dedication they bring to their work. I would highly recommend them to any family looking for caring and dependable in-home support.
