I was visiting my dad this afternoon and he needed to go to the bathroom. He is in a wheelchair and has to have assistant. We called for an aide and 45 minutes later I went and asked if they could help him. The aide came in shortly and explained she was outside letting the residents smoke and that takes 30 minutes. But surely there could have been someone else that could have come and helped him. If this was just a one time thing I could possibly understand but this has happened numerous times. We have even went to Mr. Randall and he always assured us he would check into it. There has got to be something that can be done. If it is happening to my dad I know it is happening to other residents. It’s just so sad. The residents there deserve better treatment.

Both my grandparents were residents here and the care was great. My grandpa had so much fun doing therapy and all the activities. He made so many new friends. My grandma was in a coma after back surgery, and had to learn how to do everything for herself again. I am so grateful for the staff that took care of them so that they were able to go home ❤️

This facility has a wonder family atmosphere! I love the residents as my own family. We have activities, play bingo, sing, dance and have fun. WE are helpful with residents and family members too.

My wife has been admitted here about a week ago for physical therapy. She is a fall risk. They were supposed to install bed rails the next day after being admitted, a week later there are no bed rails. They sat her in a wheelchair with no belt of any kind to keep her from falling out and she did fall out of the wheelchair onto the floor. The food isn't worth eating, it's cold, half cooked. The nursing staff doesn't believe anything when we try to tell them about any new health issues or reoccurring issues. I will most likely take her out of here. My advice is look for another nursing home for your loved ones because they will not receive the care they need from this facility. I was having an issue with the insurance and was in the process of dealing with it, when I received a voice mail from the administrator named Randall informing me that I either bring him a check for payment or come and get my wife because he was not taking care of her for free
