After my father stayed at this facility maybe 3 months it got really bad so i retracted my 5 star to a 1 and they probably don’t deserve that since they almost killed my dad they dehydrated him, and put him in ICU, I didn’t receive any calls from this facility checking on him, and all they care about is, when are we getting our money? Calling me when they know my dad hasn’t received his SSI asking me, when are we getting our money?? That’s all they care about money money money, they must be going broke if they are that desperate for money Wow, I feel terrible I ever sent my dad there They haven’t heard the end of this and they better be getting an attorney The lady that signed me in was virtual, I never even saw her, have no idea what her name is, she met her quota and now doesn’t care about anything The lady that hounded me to get my dad on Medicaid was so rude!! And if I don’t know her name either DO NOT PUT YOU LOVED ONE HERE PLEASE ITS AWFUL very very poor facility

Ashleigh is amazing, she is wonderful with not only the residents but with the family also. She was there to answer all our questions. Come in after her normal work hours more than once to help with my SIL. She went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about her.

I only recently went to Oakview to visit a family member, I had not ever been in the facility. I had always heard not the best things about it, but since I had family there I wanted to go visit, I finally can say for myself, the facility is great. The staff, the homelike atmosphere! Really shocked by it, honestly. They've recently had a change in administration and administrative staff, and it's really a great place. Super impressed to say the least! They're working on the cosmetics, but very good home for the residents who live there or decide to rehab there. I will definitely be promoting this facility as it does not get the credit it deserves!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Oakview, and especially about the incredible support I received from Ashleigh, the patient liaison. From the very first moment I spoke with her, I felt like more than just a patient caregiver — I felt genuinely cared for. Ashleigh went out of her way to make sure I understood everything and was always available to answer my questions, no matter how big or small. Her kindness and patience made such a difference during what could have been a stressful time. She made everything easier and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such genuine compassion, and Ashleigh does it effortlessly. She truly made our experience at Oakview exceptional. I’m so grateful for her help and the level of care received.
