My pops has been a resident there for years in memory care. The staff is super involved. Frequently available after hours if I have concern etc. They take special care and it is so appreciated. We have been in several facilities and this is excellent. I work in Neurology and have been very particular about his care. As a provider I recognize that finding a suitable place for your family member is arduous. Nothing is ever “good enough”. And I’ve been there. But this has been so perfect. They have frankly been amazing. Can’t say enough about Jess and all of her staff. Scott is so amazing. Goes above and beyond. Sabrina and Sharika and literally all of the nursing staff have always gone out of their way to check on dad and me! They love my pops and I love them. Wonderful place

Way overpriced for what we received. They messed up FILs meds, he got disruptive & they kicked him out.

Spring Arbor in Richmond, Ky is such a wonderful community. When we made the difficult decision to move mom into a memory care unit, I was so happy that we found Spring Arbor. From our first tour of the facility to every stop along the way, the team members at Spring Arbor were so helpful. Mom is thriving there, enjoying daily activities, wonderful meals, and finding friends to keep her company. The staff is always available, and I have had no issues trying to get a hold of anyone. They are quick to keep me informed if anything arises, and if I have a question or small issue, they are quick to address it and get it settled. We are thrilled with the choice to move mom in there. She is safe, well attended to, and so happy there!

My mom has been here several years on the memory care unit. She has always been treated considerately and compassionately. The Wellness Director, Halea, and all the nursing staff are attentive and exceptional, and always notify me if there is a medical concern that needs to be addressed. There are organized activities for the residents, and the Activity Director, Rhonda, gives her all to engage every resident and truly cares for each and every one of them. While Mom doesn’t remember what she had for any meal, and can’t tell me what she did that day, she has always told me, “the food is good here and they take good care of us.” Jessica, the Director, has also been here several years, working in a variety of roles, and is very compassionate and willing to work with families to find solutions if necessary. I highly recommend Spring Arbor.

This is a very clean, beautifully decorated assisted living facility. The staff (office, nursing, aides and housekeeping) is very friendly, helpful and courteous. The food provided is well prepared and nutritious. They continuously look for ways to motivate their residents to be involved and provide programs and workshops for everyone. We’ve had no issues and feel relief from the care they have helped us with for our parent.
