Family Choice Home Care is a great place to work. The office staff make you feel like you’re more than just a body covering a shift. Everyone is friendly and you get the sense they truly care. I would recommend anyone looking to work in this field start here!

My mom was put into the care of Family Choice after several other home care businesses did not work out well at all in several different areas of importance (safety, staffing, theft) when we got into Family choice, it was our God Send! My brother and I both lived a distance from mom's house and when we went with them, we no longer worried that her needs were not being met.mom was happy and not irritable as she was with past caregivers. Mom felt like they were Family and we could see her come out of a lot of her depression and mood swings since their hire. We trust and give thanks to them as they cared for her up to her passing away. This is the only company we would recommend and with much thanks for mom to have her happiness and dignity to the end. Family Choice is my third agency in last 2-2 1/2 years....i sooo wished i would have chosen them first..i am so impressed with their eagerness to help with any problem that has come up so far.. The caregiver they sent, a male, has been the absolute best... always willing to help where he can, very good company.. only been a couple of weeks, but everyone involved has been awesome...there are so many things i could talk about, but bottom line is, i would recommend Family Choice to anyone. Thank You to everyone involved.

In home care from Family Choice has made it possible for my Dad to stay happy and healthy in his home in Berea. The caregivers are wonderfully attentive to him and the administrative staff are flexible and willing to work with us when things come up. We used Family Choice Home Care to provide 24/7 in-home care for my wife's mother, who is 96 and has Alzheimer's. She is a very difficult person, and the job of providing her care was made harder by two family members who constantly interfered. Family Choice did an excellent job under very trying circumstances. The Family choice in-home care givers, and their management team, were compassionate and caring, as well as being exceedingly patient and understanding. They far exceeded our expectations. And, they are just darned nice people. A special shout-out to Joellen and Athena. Thank you gals very much. We highly recommend this agency.
