Such a wonderful place! Everyone here is super helpful and welcoming to new team members. The first impression I had when I walked through the doors was how well cared for the residents are, and how attentive and genuine all the staff are.

My mom has Alzheimer’s and is high functioning as well. Which makes for a more difficult situation. She’s been in Spring Arbors Memory Care for the past two months, it was difficult for her in the beginning. I saw her for the first time in several weeks, she looks better than she has in the past three years. She is extremely happy, loves the people there, and I can tell without a doubt she’s been well taken care of and that the atmosphere has helped her tremendously. When I went to see her, I was afraid she would look like this is the last place on earth she wanted to be and that she would look miserable. My son and I brought lunch for her and we sat in the activity room, as we were spreading out the food, she sat back in the chair with a gleam on her face as if she were inviting us into her new home and her surroundings. She was extremely happy. She would talk about all the activities and the ones she especially liked and wanted us to come back to experience them with her. A HUGE blessing for me to see her this way. I can tell she really has enjoyed being around other people A LOT! Also she goes on and on about how much she likes the people that help her. 🥰 Her interaction with the girls there was a blessing to see!

My mother-in-law stayed at Spring Arbor, Raleigh NC from 2012 to 2014. Now, my mother is in the place that my wife's mother was as far as mentally when we decided to place her mother here. My mother has Alzheimer's disease and we want to transport her from her home in Southern Pines to where we live here in Raleigh. I immediately thought of Spring Arbor as the place for her to go. My mother-in-law got such great treatment and loving care and that's what I want my mother to receive. It's hard enough making that hard decision to place her in a facility. I just want her to go to a place that I know will care for her the same way that I would.

Spring Arbor is a wonderful place if you have a loved one who needs that kind of facility. They are very welcoming from the front door all the way to the memory care unit. Sandra and her staff are very kind people and are willing to meet whatever need you might have.
