Inconsistent service, poor food choices and quality, lack of timely response when help button is pushed, medication not administered on time, laundry not completed on time and some articles lost, staff does not respond to requests or inquiries, poor apartment cleaning, substantial rate increase without notice, high staff turnover, trash removal at 5am

This location was recommended to us through A Place for Mom - we looked at several other AL but $ and the room were not pleasing to us. We toured this location with Mitchell and were very impressed with the amenities and kindness of the staff. We did not choose this facility since we realized there was another Spectrum AL closer to our home. We have chosen the closer location and mom has already been moved in - no complaints from her yet! Thank you Mitchell for reaching out to us,

The nicest and kindness staff I have ever met! The tour that Mitchell gave us for my Mother was OUTSTANDING, CLEAN, VERY IMPRESSIVE! We decided to have our Mother move in here ASAP.. TY MITCHELL 5STARS!
