I have been visiting a loved one at Greenpark/Bluebird for years now, and I will say that the experience is quite mixed. It totally depends on which nurse, CNA, and receptionist are on duty. If the positive, hard working staff are there, it's great. If not, then our loved one does not get adequate care, and I can barely get in and out of the building.
