Great care and I really enjoy going to therapy gym. Department Heads are really friendly. The laundry and cleaning staff are great.

My aunt currently stays at this nursing home and overall it has been a positive experience for our family. While the building itself could definitely use some updates and renovations, the staff and services have made a huge difference in her care and comfort. The social services team has been incredibly supportive, and substance use counselor Emily has been especially compassionate, helpful, and attentive. It's clear that many of the staff genuinely care about the residents and work hard to support them. No facility is perfect, but this is absolutely a place I would feel comfortable sending a loved one to because of the quality of care and dedication from the team.

Phenomenal care! Had my mom in the other place in Rockland and it was horrible. From day one with South Shore Rehab they have taken amazing care of my mom. She was scared when she first went in because it was a new and unknown experience. She is normally shy. They have loved her and taken such good care of her that she is a social butterfly in there. She calls it home. She smiles again. I can’t think of a better place I would want her. Thank you so much to all the staff! You have truly been a god send.

This nursing home was disgusting and completely unacceptable. The plumbing and toilets were constantly leaking all over the floor clogged or not working, the sanitation was terrible, and the entire building smelled like urine and feces. There were even rats running around inside. The resident’s rooms Staff were often rude or didn’t speak english , the nurses are completely incompetent, and management clearly failed to maintain basic standards of care. Filing a grievance is pointless because if it doesn’t suit the administrator, it appears to simply get thrown out.No elderly person should have to live in conditions like this. This place should be investigated and shut down

Absolutel horror show! No communication between the departments. Facility is filthy. Staff is unresponsive if speak language @ all! Food I won't feed my dog. Medication that is suppose to administer on a schedule. Is sometimes days late. Phone lines to call patients room or front desk is allways out of service. Say your call can't be completed @ this time. Patients can't make calls out to family or emergency if needed. This place is a horror show. Demoralizing patients. Providing no services such as P.T. or O.T. to allow patients to b discharged.
