My family member was sent here recently for rehabilitation after a hospital stay. The only thing that was good about the entire place was the PT and OT.<br>There were dead bugs on the floor of the bathroom for over a week, and droplets of poop from the bed pan on the floor for at least 3 days because they wouldnt clean the room.<br>They refused to assist my family member with anything during meal time from the time the trays hit the floor until they were taken up. This was about two hours. If my family member required assistance for the bathroom, they were forced to mess themselves and lay in it until trays were taken up. We were told it was building policy that no one would be assisted with the restroom during tray times. Proper PPE and hand washing would remove any contamination concerns, so their "rule" was invalid.<br>They would take off name tags before going into my family members room and tell them that "you dont need to know my name" if they asked.<br>The call light was turned off and they would leave and not come back. My family member had to have us call on the phone to get anyone to see to them when this happened.<br>My family member also had food allergies, they were given the food they can not eat and told there were no other options. My family member lost weight during the weeks they were there and the PT/OT staff complained they weren't getting proper nutrition, but nothing was done. We had to bring them meals so they had something to eat.<br>This place smelled like urine and feces. I visited every day for the two weeks my family member was there and only one day did it not smell like that.<br>Some of the staff was amazing. Most didnt care and did as little as possible. Many of the laziest staff were with a staffing company and didnt care if patients had what they needed or not.<br>My family member was transported back to the hospital with a complication and then to a different rehabilitation facility after a week or so.<br>This place should be shut down. They are understaffed also. The parent company has a track record for this kind of "care". Beware of anything that is managed by the parent company.

I had a great experience at this facility. Most of the staff are nice. Sunshine is my favorite. Katie ordered everything I needed. Nicole went out of her way to get me the best care. Jaelyn took really good care of my wounds. I am gonna miss everyone.

I was a patient here for two weeks, after 2 weeks in the hospital for surgeries on my leg after a car accident. I found the staff to all be helpful and generally cheerful, caring and attentive. My stay was pleasant enough and the physical therapy I received helped me gain the strength and mobility necessary to be able to go home, altho in a wheelchair. It was a long road for me and I must say that what I learned about strength and safety from my PT team stays with me to this day, almost 3 years later.<br>The office staff was phenomenal.<br>Remember, even thru the pain, it is what you make it. Stay positive.
