I sincerely thank you for the excellent care plan I received which was well-executed and improved my mobility and comfort. Your expertise and family-like compassion and kindness is deeply appreciated. I specifically wish to thank my Nurses: Mabelline, Agnes, Tina and Margaret - my CNA's: Griselda (Gigi) and Wai - my OT/PT therapists: Anna, Amanda, Randy and Diane. Additionally, my appreciation to the Dietary Dept. for listening to my needs and fully co-operating with them. Lastly, my thanks to the wonderful and informative office staff, Rebecca and Sierra, my case worker and discharge planner. To my care team in the North Wing - MY ANGEL TEAM - deepest heartfelt thanks for your compassionate understanding in caring for me ...GOD BLESS!
