Southeast louisiana home health was just darling to me. My nurse was an angel and therapy helped me with my walking. Very professional and the best company i have used by far. will use them again when i have knee surgery

Terrible service. This unprofessional group came into my home and incorrectly taped up my mother’s wound, and when the dressing came apart within an hour, they refused to come back and fix it, stating that they had “already been out too many times,” leaving my mother with a dangerous situation which needed emergency care. When I asked the case manager to email me her refusal to send someone out and reason for the refusal, she said she didn’t have to give me anything in writing and that I’d have to submit a formal records request. Then she discharged us over the phone and left us without any home health care.

Horrible. Cannot speak. They randomly canceled their services by trying to say i canceled my appointments. If I can't speak how can I cancel . And 6 weeks without a bath.
