This is hands down the best facility for the elderly in the Asian community. My maternal grandmother first lived at the original South End location, and then moved over to the new Quincy location before she passed in 2017. She was in her 90s! The facility was always clean, and the staff treated each and every resident as if they were their own family. Fast forward to 2025- my paternal grandmother initially entered for rehab after a fall. Now she will be transitioning to long term care. She was initially hesitant, but after staying for a few days, she quickly realized what amazing care she is receiving and agreed to stay long term. I’m glad to say the level of care and bedside manner is still the same as before! Everyone is treated with respect and dignity. I will forever be grateful for South Cove Manor!

The facility always clean, organized, feel very comfortable when step into the building or even outside neighbor. The CNA, nurses and staff are professional helpful and take good care of my father and other elders, they always has a smile on his face which that tells me he as happy and feels safe there as he would be at home with us! they treat every elders like their own family member, very hardworking people, team work all the time helping each other to handle the elder if needed more attention. Thank you all ! I know it's not always easy but the staff makes it look that way.

My mom was transferred to South Cove Manor from hospital after she had a fall. The place is beautiful and clean with positive vibes. The director of rehab Tom and his team of staff are wonderful to work with. Two weeks later my mom was placed to the second floor, a long term care facility due to her mental health condition. Everything went smoothly from paper work to getting my mom settled into nursing living. Cathy and her team of nurses on the second floor are wonderful people who take their job seriously with great care. I love the staff. They are cheerful and playful with the residents. It's a happy place I feel every time I walk in. South Cove Manor is a wonderful community to work and being taking care of. We feel very lucky and thankful that we found this place and knowing my mom has her needs well taking care of.

We were so happy to find South Cove Manor for my Dad. The facility itself is amazing. It is immaculate. The staff however, is what makes this place so wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and caring. My Dad was well taken care of every day. Every time we went to visit the staff would update us on his progress. The Nurse Manager Tom Dion was the best... bar none! Tom and his team took great care in making a plan for my Dad. They all made sure he was ready to leave and that Dad had the tools necessary to be successful at home. South Cove Manor Management should be so proud to have all of these amazing individuals on their team!

Our Mom entered South Cove Manor September of 2018 for rehabilitation for her shoulder from a fall she had, she was 81yrs. She was on the first floor for about a month and a half. The Rehab team, Dr.’s/Nurses and Aids were wonderful. Our Mom was eventually moved to the 3rd floor long term care. I, Her son, visited our Mom during the day and at night. I work evenings so at night I would regularly visit Mom after midnight. The South Cove team accommodated us with a private room, I was grateful for that. Thai the nurse manager and the whole team nurses/aids were exceptional loving and caring people. Our family were always kept in the loop about my mother’s health. The aids were exceptional taking care of my Mom. She was always well kept and they would feed her everyday. I would also like to thank the support services Dietary, Housekeeping and Maintenance for there help, the place was always clean, the nutritious/hot meals alway on time and everything was always in good working order. Also like to thank the Administrator Li Chen/Managers of their prospective Departments. You all have such an important mission taking care of our elderly and we doubt very much that their are many Facilities that can match the quality of Care and Nurturing that we witnessed everyday on our visits. The Ciampoli Family and our Mother Dotty will be forever great full to everyone here at the South Cove Manor🌹
