I have various friends that live there.

PROS: It's centrally located with plenty of parking and and very welcoming, particularly the front desk staff.

CONS: Very high staff turnover. Over the past 2-3 years, the amount of staff turnover is a little too much. Just when residents start getting comfortable with certain management and staff, they are GONE. And I don't think they have enough staff to assist with cleaning and maintenance so definitely a lack of service and events.

Marginal Food - And the biggest complain I hear from some of the residents when I visit is the food. There needs to be more tasty food that the residents can enjoy and more themed meals. And it would be very nice to have maybe once a month or once a week some sort of buffet for those residents can walk through or roll through and feel like they're at a nice cafeteria. This is done is other similar senior living places and it's so nice.
