The facility is a great place for people who need help with their aging loved ones. The staff are second to none, and they are truly heroes for the work they do. I can’t express how grateful I feel that my Dad was able to be in their care. My only regret is that I didn’t know about Runk&Pratt sooner. Thank you R&K.

Memory care employees are the worst. My mom fell several times and the last one lead to her death and even with video it was covered up.
