Horrible place had a very bad experience there place is clean enough but the care was a nightmare Goodluck getting a nurse to or CNA to help if you need one you will lay there for over an hour waiting…. If you need ice or water good luck… very poor experience the DON And case manager were the only ones who helped when I needed it… the food trays were incomplete…some food and drink on the menus were missing… 🥺sorry to complain but the truth is the truth

My grandmother had to stay there after being intubated. we were told good things about it but we're severely disappointed they won't check on patients for 5-6 hours they told us they had a c pap for her when they didn't so she had to go without it until the next day most of the nurses were inconsiderate, though there were a few good ones especially Jamal. the head nurse ordered the nurses not to check her blood sugar more than 2 times a day when she has type 2 diabetes and her sugar drops overnight.

We’ve placed my grandfather here for rehabilitation following a severe drop in his health due to Parkinson’s. Everyone from the doctors, nurses, CNAs, physical, occupational and speech therapist, as well as the care coordination staff have been absolutely wonderful! The facility is always very clean and well maintained with a home like feel. We couldn’t be happier with his care and the improvement he’s made in this facility!

My dad received great care delivered with genuine compassion and kindness. All members of the staff from nursing, therapy, housekeeping, dietary, finance, activities to maintenance were kind, attentive and very supportive during his 7 month stay.
