I can’t say enough good things about Silver Pines. They treat their residence like family. I have dealt with other facilities with my Mom and Silver Pines is the only one that I would trust with a loved one.

When my mom was hospitalized and immobile the hospital wanted to boot her out with little regard to her mobility or where she was going to, Amber and Amy at Silver Pines became part of the equation. When I say they were a god send, I truly mean that. They were so helpful and accommodating and the facilities are full of very warm hearted and friendly people who genuinely seem to care. Now that I'm trying to help my mother in law in a similar situation, just as with my mom, they're taking it as serious as we are which is a stark contrast to the facility in Austin my mother in law is at. The folks at silver pines took great care of my mom, and I know I'm doing the right thing for my mother in law to get her to bastrop. Maybe because it's a smaller town and the people are friendlier, I don't know, but the difference, I have witnessed is remarkable. And I thank the whole staff at Silver pines for their patience, helpful attitude and smiling faces. There's older reviews from before these folks took over these facilities so ignore those because this staff that took over all 3 in bastrop came to make positive changes and they are doing a fantastic job! I've seen it.

My family was very grateful for the love and care the Silver Pines staff provided my mother during her three plus years there. The staff respected her and made her feel at home. When I would enter the facility, I always received a friendly greeting from the staff. The administrator, nurses and CNAs listened to my concerns and addressed them. They genuinely cared. They were always supportive and made my Mom feel special. We were very fortunate to have found this special place for my Mom!
