My mom is receiving therapy here. I’ve been here everyday. I am very pleased with how well my mom is being taken care of. She’s only been here 5 days and she wheeled herself all the way to the entrance to meet me so I would say therapy is working!!

I currently have a family member here temporarily for skilled nursing. Let me start out by saying that no place is 100% perfect but when questions, problems or concerns arose, all were resolved immediately! The staff provides the resident or family with whatever is needed stat even if they have to go out somewhere else to get it. Also, they take as much time is needed to talk to the family and answer any questions without being in a hurry. The staff at any place definitely makes or breaks a place and makes a difference good or bad. The staff here is phenomenal from administration to therapists to the nurses. They definitely go out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy here. I would like to recognize the following staff for always going the extra mile: Amber, Jen, Buster, Melanie, Steve, Donna, Amy, Chloe, Rose, and Nina (student nurse). Everyone here is so friendly! I would definitely recommend it for your loved one❣️

This facility is a wonderful place for loved ones overall but the management could use a change. There is a a woman who works there who is a manager or assistant Manger named BRITTANY and she is one of the most hateful individuals I have ever met. Maybe something has happened to her in her life to make her this way but I truly believe she hates herself and everyone who works for her. She also has a tendency to be cruel to the residents (MY UNCLE) My cousin has been in tears over this. I am 100% sure that these 4 star reviews on this site have been created by the management themselves. The rooms are dirty (feet sticking to the floor dirty) call lights are on 30-45 minutes until assistance arrives, FALLS are HIGH d/t patients getting up alone because of wait times, they are ALWAYS understaffed. And just wiping down the bedside tables in between meals is to much to ask. I was told “That is not our job.”

This was my Dad's first time at a low level skilled rehab center and it was nothing more than a nursing home that did absolutely no type of rehab exercises with him. They rolled him to the exercise room and let him watch others exercise, knowing he needs assistance with standing and walking. He was denied a walker, because they lied and said they didn't have any, when there were plenty un the exercise room that were unused. He was denied pain medication, even though it's on his medication list that was provided by his doctor. He was ignored when his sugar levels dropped and he asked for some juice. He was also ignored when he stated his room was too cold for his liking. So for the 2 weeks he was there, all he did was either sit in a wheelchair and lay in bed! That place is the absolute worst...with the exception of about 2 or 3 workers.
