The Genesis Nursing Home at Siler City is one of the most competently managed and staffed facilities that I have ever visited, combined with the most empathy. It shows a high quality of detailed care including diet, skin, respiratory, and even nail care, hair care which employs state of the art medical technology with a high degree of attention to detail from housekeeping to maintenance to dietary, to the specialists, including speech therapists, respiratory therapists, and physical therapists, to the CNAs, LPNs, RNs and management. I would defend their actions under any circumstance as in the best interest of those for whom they are responsible and their families and friends without hesitation. I have been a healthcare practitioner and have managed several state and private hospitals and it is a pleasure to see their excellence from top to bottom. WOW!!

My mom has been here since 2021. She is cared for and loved. They have provided her the care that she needs that we weren’t able to give her at home. I’m so grateful for the staff here at Genesis!

Our experience with Genesis Siler City Rehabilitation Facility was very positive. From the beginning, the care and attention my mom received stood out. The people truly made the difference! The nursing and care staff treated my mom with kindness, respect and personal care, which helped her feel safe and comfortable during her stay. It was especially nice getting to know the staff as they came in each day to care for her. They took the time to connect with her and with us, which meant a lot to our family. The PT staff worked diligently with my mom to help her reach her goals, offering steady encouragement and guidance along the way. We could see the effort they put into supporting her progress and the difference it made. Kristy, the admissions coordinator, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make the transition in and through discharge feel easier and less stressful! Darlene in the office was also wonderful, taking the time to clearly explain all the financial details and walk us through our options so we felt informed and confident. We are grateful for the care my mom received and would confidently recommend Genesis Siler City Rehabilitation Facility to others looking for quality care and compassionate support.

My mother has been at Genesis for several weeks now. I couldn't ask for more attentive care. Her needs are being met and the staff really cares. She is happy there and that makes me and my family happy to see. We trust that she is safe and being well attended to with a staff that obviously loves their patients. 🌟❤️🌟❤️🌟❤️🌟❤️🌟❤️

The staff are EXCELLENT!! Tina, Celeste, Whitney are Amazing! They take very great care of my Mom. Very professional and patient with her and all of the other patients there at the center. They are A Blessing.
