My dad was there for rehab for two weeks, and the people, as well as the facility, couldn’t have been nicer. I would recommend them whole-heartedly. The staff was attentive and helped to meet all of Dad’s needs. They always came in with a smile, and they really went the extra mile to make us both feel comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-cared for. Because they are arranged in suites, even though he “shared” a room, he still really had his own space. If you need a healthcare facility, this is the place!!

Couldn't say enough how thankful we are for Michelle in admissions. Her constant updates and directions were such a great help in getting my mother-in-law back to Signature Healthcare of Elizabethtown. So thankful to see Yvonne and other familiar faces when we arrived. The care from the staff is outstanding. Therapy team is amazing! Mother-in-law is so happy and thankful to be with her community again. Playing dominos, bingo and having fellowship with the other residence.

When I was brought to Signature, I barely had use of my lower limbs due to being bedridden for 30 days. But the rehab gang got me back to at least 75% of my previous strength. I should be back to 100% in a few months at home. And the wound care team was phenomenal. Being a very macho person, I hate to admit this but, a few hours after I got home and was reflecting on my stay at Signature, my eyes moistened a bit when I thought that I might never see some of the staff ever again. They treated me with such care and kindness that I considered them friends rather than caregivers. I won’t name names as I might forget some but you know who you are. I can’t sing your praises loud enough. So I’ll just say THANKS as I move on to the next phase of my life. I will always look back upon my three months stay at Signature with much fondness for a group of people who helped me lighten one of my darkest periods of my life. --Jon Wiseman

I had some bad experiences in other Healthcare settings. Once Tonya called me I could tell this place would be terrific if it were compatible with how she made me feel. I read reviews on line about her and wondered how one person could make this big of a difference. She came in the room when we got there and greeted us and felt like family immediately. The conversation was started like I had known her forever. I felt good about mom coming here for rehab. This experience will always be what I think of when I think about Signature. All staff were good. Beautiful place to go but knowing you have someone like Tonya that cares about you and your family is the best feeling in the world when you're in this point of your life. I plan for my mom to go back to signature again and the idea of returning makes me feel happy rather than sad. I know she will have the best care and someone checking in on her and talking to me when I call about my mom. Life is hard but people like Tonya make things seem easy. Definitely has our 5 star rating. If you're looking like i was for my mom, choose Signature. Tonya will take care of you. Thank you to you all.

Tonya Hawkins and the entire staff have been amazing! I would give more than 5 stars if available! My father has been there for about 3 weeks and will return home Monday. I definitely would recommend! The facility is absolutely gorgeous!
