My grandmother has had her debit card stolen by caregivers twice since she has lived at this facility. One occurrence just happened recently. They used her card several times for Doordash, Dunkin, Tik Tok, ect. before we caught it. You would think for nearly $4000/month she wouldn't have to worry about staff taking advantage and stealing from her. This was brought to the director's attention. She said she would find out who did it and fire them. Well, after talking to her they stopped cleaning my grandmother's apartment, doing her laundry, and EVERYTHING SHE PAYS FOR THEM TO DO. The director said the workers were scared to enter the apartment now because of the allegations so they just haven't been doing their jobs and we are just supposed to be okay with that. We have put in our notice and are moving her out immediately. Absolutely pitful management. The director isn't any better than the thieves she hires. DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING A LOVED ONE INTO HERE.

My grandma lives at Willow Creek. They treat her with respect and are very caring. Her apartment is comfortable and feels like home. She has friends there. They love to dress up for events and parties there. The dining room is really nice and the food is good. The staff invites families to join activities and for meals. I hope I have a place this nice to go when I get old.

My first visit to Willow Creek Senior Living was amazing. Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff with a warm & friendly welcome. Shoutout to LORI JURY & team for the positive atmosphere, & love shown to all the residents. The facility was super clean and decorated cute to give that happy feeling. While I was there I had lunch which was as like dining out. Awesome job keep up the good work .

I really enjoyed my visit yesterday to Willow Creek. The friendly staff was so courteous and answered all my questions with enthusiasm. Willow Creek has a really nice at home atmosphere, the dining room is beautiful and the food is delicious. The Apartments are large compared to other facilities I’ve visited. The communications Relations Coordinator, Lori Jury was so excited to share everything they have to offer, she is so knowledgeable and can help you with any and all the things you need. The residence were especially excited about all the activities they participated in. Such the lovely place.

My mom has lived at Willow Creek for 1 1/2 years. Her apartment is large enough to hold all of her living room furniture and a queen bedroom set. The bathroom is huge, which allows plenty room to maneuver her walker. The apartment has a nice sized balcony looking over the creek. She says that the food is really good and the staff is helpful and welcoming.
