From Kenneth Hobson and his stay 3/4-4/1/2026: My stay at Signature Healthcare at Hillcrest was outstanding. The entire staff—from the nurses to the aides, day and night—were incredibly kind, respectful, and attentive. Everyone I encountered was polite and truly cared about my well-being. The facility itself is very clean. The housekeeping team does an excellent job keeping everything in order—rooms are cleaned regularly, floors are mopped, and all supplies are always stocked. It made a big difference in my comfort during my stay. I especially want to recognize the physical therapy team. They are absolutely exceptional. Every therapist I worked with was knowledgeable, encouraging, and dedicated. Thanks to them, I made tremendous progress this year. I’m now able to move my shoulder in ways I couldn’t before, and that means everything to me. I also want to recognize Bill Connelly, the owner and administrator. He is truly outstanding—very understanding, hands-on, and committed to maintaining a great team. When we first moved in, he jump right in to help my wife who was pushing a heavy cart by herself. After helping her, he made it clear to everyone that no one should be doing that alone and that staff should always help. That kind of leadership speaks volumes. What really stands out is how well everyone works together. The staff operates like a true team, and that positive environment shows in the level of care they provide. I would highly recommend Signature Healthcare at Hillcrest to anyone needing short-term or long-term care, especially for physical therapy. This is truly a place where you are treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism.
