My mom was here for a short time to do rehabilitation after a fall. She loved the staff so much that it made me feel less worried about her. Everyone was very nice and genuinely seemed to care about the patients. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a loving environment for someone they care about.

I prayed and prayed to get my brother back to Owensboro Kentucky. Called different nursing homes. No opens called chautauqua and taked to Mr Lee i told him my story he said give him tme. He was so kind to me he gave me the run down, I told him it would be ok he took my brother and told me to give him time! Mr lee brought him home! I was over joyed his staff on E wing were the best they took very good care of my brther and took care of me! I was able to havey brother for 4 months! Iam so thankful, dreams come true! I will miss them all and I will go back and visit! GOD BLESS all of you! Robin Haney

Everyone at Chautauqua took great care of my mother and I appreciate everything they did to make her feel comfortable during her stay. I couldn't have found a better place for her to live during her time there. I feel like we have expanded our family! Love everyone there! 5+ Stars! Highly recommend!

My Dad lived there for just a short time before he suddenly passed away. Every person we met was kind, caring and compassionate. This was across the board from ALL the departments. I would list them all but someone would get left out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care to my Dad... I never worried when he was there but more importantly, he was happy too. I appreciate you all being there in our time of need!

Chautauqua Health & Rehabilitation has been a wonderful place for my mom. The staff are friendly, attentive, and truly seem to care about the residents. She’s receiving excellent care, and it’s comforting to know she’s in good hands. What I appreciate most is the wide variety of activities offered—they do a great job keeping residents engaged, active, and socially connected.
