I will say that the staff is nice. Helpful and courteous. 1CNA who is always on point is Rasheed. He does his job to the best that I can tell. He is a punctual employee. He starts work when he hits the floor. He does the most for his residents. He is very kind and helpful when it comes to talking with his clients. I know he deserves an award for employee of the day, week, month or year.

It feels very nice and it feels calm, there is nothing more to say, more than anything to complain, it is a good price to be here with food, a roof and the people you can communicate with, I am grateful because this And the employees who work here are here to help you and they are not perfect but treat them better and then you can be better too in doing what you have to be able to recover your things. But in these moments 2025 I am grateful to be here and the nervous one is simple nurses who are working to be here in this space is calm relaxed clean there is not much bad vibes anymore Your God thank you for being here and I am still here and I continue demanding that when I finish here I will return to my home in Arizona with my children and my wife. First of all, God bless you and have a good day.In the Chicago area

Van drivers blow through stop signs in school/residential areas. When I called to warn the administrative staff they pretended they couldn’t hear the call, then barked “what do you want” before hanging up. Are these the folks you want in charge of your elders?

Please, for your loved ones sake, do NOT admit them to this facility. While I did meet a few dedicated employees, most could not care less for the residents on the nursing room floor. My brother was pretty much bed bound while staying on the second floor. His money was stolen from his trust fund and he was treated inhumanely. If they are independent they may stand half a chance but still are kept inside and cannot go outside unless someone accompanies them...which staff does not do.

I would never recommend this place, EVER! I had high hopes when my spouse needed long term care, but she was not treated properly or watched properly. She was constantly falling and had ER trips all due to lack of care. The day we picked her up to transfer her, she had horrible bruises from falling and every single nail was broken with blood under it. She was filthy!!! Her hair had not even been washed nor trimmed in the 6 months there. All anyone needed do was ask me and I sent it, but yet, she was too much trouble for them. Doctors at her new place have evaluated her and said she was way over medicated. Some drugs aren't even on the market anymore that they sent with her. The staff seem to do what they can, but it is not patient friendly and if you require services beyond what they want or have to give, forget it. Fight to keep your family member out of this place!!! I have seen state hospitals run more efficiently than this!
