Was going to buy there untell dead line for close had to be changed due to death in my family. Then was treat very badly buy seller called me seval time at funeral. Even had bank call me. Next morning the property developer phoned me to harsh me and threaten to sue me for not buying .what they did was unteastfully costing sell to me plusses my uncle who also was a cash buyer. Buyers beware

I would highly recommend Shepherd's Meadow to anyone over 55 who wants to live peacefully in a wonderful adult community. Everyone connected to Shepherd's Meadow has been terrific from the first day we looked at their beautiful homes to the day we finally signed our agreement. Tanner, Theresa, Scott and Brian have all made this move so easy, carefree, and pleasant. We are looking forward to enjoying a long wonderful relationship with all of the fantastic people at Shepherd's Meadow. If you want a truly pleasant way to spend you "golden" years, Shepherd's Meadow is the place for you.

Good value for the money. Tanner was very helpful in getting us into our new home. Great community atmosphere. Highly recommend for those over 55 looking for their own home without the outside maintenance.
