I see how much love and nurture the staff provides for the residents. The staff is the backbone of the facility, from house keeping. To stna's, to dietary, to nurses, to the administration. They all support a vital role in the residents day to day lives. This is a family, it is a corkey, fun family and I'm so glad to be apart of it.

I wish there was a star for 0 versus the lowest rating being a 1 that you can give these people. The service, knowledge of care, the mistreatment of elderly persons an the abuse of prescription medication that's being issued to residence without a licensed physician consent. The nursing staff interjects Adult mistreatment, starvation tactics by placing the elderly persons on liquids diets rather than giving them real foods just so the staff wouldn't have to prepare meals each day. This makes those poor elderly persons become incompetent ,confused,disillusional and weakend an eventually become drug dependent on a misprescribed medication that they shouldn't even be taking because THERE IS NO DOCTOR ON STAFF NOR IN THE BUILDING to make ANY diagnosis of any elderl persons condition. Over medicating the elderly patients just so the nurses would have a easier night bed sores and rashes are the result. THERE IS NO NURSE LOG FOR NURSE SHIFTS CHANGES there's nothing for them to go by from the prior shift of how the patient did or how their day was NO log of what medicines had been given nor how many times THAT SAME DAY that the patient has ALREADY had their doses. So, each nurse comes in for their shift and immediately gives the patient the same medication they have been getting on each shift several times that day .These elderly persons become mummy like and non-responsive. This causes over dose an heart failure. The elderly are able to fall out of their beds an lay on the floor for hours with no medical attention and no staff assistance. Body bruising an unexplained injuries all of this while your think your loved one is in good hands. Please , if your family member has been acting different or doing poorly please get them out of this facility before they have a untimely demise. Look closely ask questions an make sure your elderly family member is safe. THIS IS MY -⭐ RATING

Staff seems to do what they want getting ahold of anyone is process within its self ive called six times in a row with no answer this place is a revolving door with its employees just very unacceptable
