Our mother has been at Sheila's for thirteen months, and it is the best place for her. We four sisters are very pleased with her care and the surroundings. When our mother arrived at Sheila's, she was in a bad way with Alzheimer's and very unsettled, at times aggressive and paranoid. And definitely not happy. Good news is that it all changed when she got to Sheila's Haven, and it didn't take long for her to settle down and settle in. She is still in her own little world, but she is pleasant, calm, and smiles easily now. The total opposite of when she was in Canfield at Omni West's Memory Care. Sheila herself has many years of experience, and her staff is amazing and caring. I usually arrive unannounced on varying days and times, and I'd say every single "pop-in" without exception saw our mother being very well cared-for. Five Stars!

Everyone at Sheila's Haven made a very difficult situation okay and meaningful. They allowed me to have peaceful time with my mom and welcomed us openly. I felt that my mother and my family were safe there and personally appreciated the adherence to masks and COVID testing. They were accommodating to my spouse who has their own mobility issues and were flexible. Importantly, they were kind and communicative - a tremendous comfort. I am forever grateful 😇

My husband lived here with advanced Parkinson's for almost two years during the Covid Pandemic. Such great and loving care. I could not have asked for a better place for him.

My mom lived here for almost 3 years and received the BEST care we could have asked for. I would highly recommend it! It is a loving caring home where all are treated with respect.
