Our family recently transitioned my mother-in-law to The Orchards of Alliance, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. She had been at another facility for about two weeks before we were able to fly in from out of state to personally assess the situation. During our four-day visit, we toured The Orchards and immediately knew this was where she needed to be. Erin went above and beyond to help coordinate everything, and my mother-in-law was successfully transferred the same day we flew home. When we toured the facility, we immediately noticed the cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and the level of care and attention given to residents. The amenities, staff responsiveness, and overall environment gave us peace of mind that she was finally going to be in the right place. The Orchards has truly been a breath of fresh air for our family. Even in a short time, we can already see a positive difference in her comfort and overall happiness. We are so grateful for the kindness, patience, and support they have shown during this transition. Thank you to Erin and the entire team for going above and beyond to make this move smooth and reassuring for both our loved one and our family. Highly recommend.

it felt like a hospital. It was clean nurses games. You can wear your own clothes. Rehabilitation in and home. Better then what I have seen so far. Parking in back of aultman alliance hospital. want him to walk again and live his life. I think they are fast and no worries about your loved one. Maybe they can get him walking and he won't need me. That's the aim. Noone deserves any illness. I think they will help him. I'm running out of steam. I won't him to live his own life. I was wrong they don't take his ins. So no rehab. Shame.
