Crandall Medical Center

Crandall Medical Center is a 150-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located on the campus of Copeland Oaks Retirement Community near Sebring in Northeast Ohio. The facility offers skilled nursing care and therapy services for residents recovering from hospitalization, illness, or surgery, as well as those transitioning into convalescent care.

The rehabilitation team provides personalized Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and pain treatment to help residents restore optimal functioning and well-being. Memory Lane at Crandall Medical Center, staffed by Certified Dementia Care Practitioners, specializes in care and support for people with memory impairment.

The facility is affiliated with the United Methodist Church as a non-profit organization and maintains person-centered care as a core principle. Staff include Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and State Tested Nursing Assistants who develop individualized, goal-oriented plans of care for each resident. All beds are certified for Medicare and Medicaid, and the facility contracts with many Medicare Advantage Plans.
