The rehabilitation team provides personalized Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and pain treatment to help residents restore optimal functioning and well-being. Memory Lane at Crandall Medical Center, staffed by Certified Dementia Care Practitioners, specializes in care and support for people with memory impairment.
The facility is affiliated with the United Methodist Church as a non-profit organization and maintains person-centered care as a core principle. Staff include Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and State Tested Nursing Assistants who develop individualized, goal-oriented plans of care for each resident.
