My Dad was a a resident at Shawano Health Services for about a month. They were wonderful! The care they gave him was exceptional. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. He had a great experience there.

After surgery my Dad stayed at Shawano Health Services for rehab. He received top notch care from a compassionate and knowledgeable staff. Everyone from foodservice to Administration and CNAs to nurses and therapists treated him with dignity and our family with respect. This was my first experience with a care facility and Shannon was incredibly helpful as I navigated all the hoops. Everyone here made a tough situation the best experience it could have been.

Huge improvement from a few years ago. The current staff were all happy and zipping around. The dining area was bright and welcoming. The facility clean and pleasant.

My Dad seemed happy that is what is most important. He seemed happy with the food when I asked him. He on 100% VA Disability and this is one of the few places he was able to be placed.

My grandma is staying here and I visit her a couple times a week. I help her with bingo because her eyesight is bad. The nurses are kind and try to be as quick as they can to get to residents. My grandma is happy, she gets to socialize with other residents and there are lots of fun activities for them. She doesn't always like the food but she doesn't like potatoes. Overall it's a wonderful place and I'm happy she's here and being taken good care of!
