Shalom is a very horribly run provider agency which is supposed to aid people, such as myself, with disabilities. It's as if all the employees, with the exception of my point person, are very impatient, uncaring, and rude. This agency does not care for its employees, from making sure that they get paid on time to equipping them with the proper training. As a recipient of these services, I'm ultimately the one that suffers. When Shalom cannot properly care for its employees, their employees cannot care for their clients. The provider agency is improperly run, from mishandling paperwork to not properly matching clients with workers. This in turn causes safety issues for recipients such as myself who are IN DIRE NEED of these services so we can live our everyday lives. Without such services, our quality of life suffers.
