They dont treat there people right and honestly is the worst place for anyone to be put in. My mom and someone else and probably many more have died from this place, DONT put your loved ones in here

I would definitely give this place a five star rating. The building is a little outdated but other than that everybody does a good job. The CNA is the Management the nurses housekeeping they all do excellent jobs activities directors Great and all the residents I made several friends here already and i like this place if I had to choose between here and Todd, Dickie and Leavenworth, Indiana, I would definitely go with Todd Dickie cause it’s closer to my house

I would definitely give Seymour Crossing a five star rating like I said in the survey the staff is real nice. The nurses CNA’s Management. They are all nice even the housekeeping does an excellent job.

My mom was just in here and they almost killed her.She had an infection and they didn't treat it. I had to make them.call an ambulance to.take her to the hospital or she woukda died.

The staff are caring about the residents. The facility is always being kept clean by our wonderful maintenance and housekeeping staff. I love living here. I meet my sole mate here and we got married in the chapel last December. I have a lot of friends here as well. We play Euchre almost every night, on A hall lounge.
