I am currently a resident here, and if you are looking for a nursing home I recommend this one. Their attitudes are so kind, happy, and always showing up with a smile on their face. They go above and beyond to ensure my needs are met and I could not ask for better care.

Try to get a hold of a family member in the facility and the woman that picked up the phone was really rude and hung up the phone basically. I hope they don't do that with the patients.

I had a great experience at Serenity Springs. Just about everyone I ran into was very friendly to me. I really enjoyed my time with therapy group. They knew what they wanted to accomplish every day. I tried to give them a hard time most of the time but they gave it right back to me which I liked. The nurses were really helpful and they knew what they were doing. I had no complaints whatsoever. Most of the aides were very good and knowledgeable in what there job were. Some of them though needed some more training. The cafeteria staff was great, they have a hard time pleasing everyone though, the food for me was amazing good. I want to thank the whole staff at Serenity Springs for everything.

I had a great experience at Serenity Springs. The staff was friendly, caring, and always made sure I was comfortable. The nurses and therapists really helped me get better, and they were always there when I needed them. The place felt like home, and I was really thankful for the care I received. It was a great place to recover, and I couldn’t have asked for better help.
