What a wonderful experience to work with a Christina and Grace! As a busy mother I need flexibility with my schedule. Christina and Grace are very attentive to my needs and requests. This is the first care providing company that actually communicates with me. I enjoy speaking with the office staff who are always polite and friendly and helpful. When I had informed the office that I was unhappy with one of my care providers, they immediately took action and sent a new one to me who I am more than happy with as she meets all my needs and is very knowledgeable, respectful, and the most important, compassionate. I am very satisfied with my experience with this company. I am also a big supporter of black owned business, which is a main reason I chose Serengeti care.
