Don’t bother with this place! The staff is limited in what they do since they are always short staffed, there is no cook on Sundays so they get sandwiches, they lay in their own feces and urine for hours at a time due to no one checking on them. The family members have to clean them up and the mess that is made since there is no staff to do it. They also have 1 person taking care of 2 floors at a time. If you love your family member, do not take them there! They are charging them $5500.00 a month for nothing!

I live in Arizona and am hearing that y’all ARE NOT taking care of my great grandma like she should be, yall never do pt for her, she had 3 dirty diapers under her because nobody wanted to clean her properly, a grade 2 bed sore. She has a bladder infection now and fluid around her lungs, SHE CAN’T EVEN STAND ON HER OWN, you guys most likely have several violations from what it sounds like. Y’all will be reported…

the staff knew my grandmother's morning routine after day one. she's on several medications and they manage everything perfectly. i trust them completely with her care and that peace of mind means everything to me.

We go every Sunday, it is always clean and welcoming. Doesn’t feel like just a facility. We've gotten to know a few other families over the years, and that sense of community has added to our visits.

Serene Gardens is phenomenal from the staff, always friendly smiling faces. The building is top notch! No unpleasant scents, beautiful and bright! Jenna is such an incredible leader! Very empathetic! She takes much pride in her building.
